  • Please Fill out the inquiry form under the "Book Now" tab and provide as much detail as possible. You will receive our services brochure that features some special menus, and will have an option to schedule a 15 minute consultation. Once a service is selected you will receive a detailed proposal within 72 hours that requires a 50% deposit. Your requested date is not locked in without a deposit.

  • Once a service has been booked with a deposit, there are no refunds. Your credit can be moved to a rescheduled service date within the same calendar year only.

  • Your menu can be changed up to 2 weeks prior to your event, your new menu may result in a price change with your service.

  • The sooner the better as catering services are booked up to a year in advance for events such as weddings, etc. At least 2 weeks notice is preferred if your requested date is available, anything booked with less than 2 weeks notice will accrue a "Rush Booking Fee" of $175

  • If a custom menu is requested, a consultation is required to be scheduled. your custom menu will not be provided until after your services are locked in with a deposit as custom menus take time to develop.

  • In person tastings are only offered for wedding clients and are conducted Tuesdays-Thursdays after 4pm at our location in Hyattsville, MD. Tastings are $175 and cover up to 3 guests. They include 1 appetizer, 2 entrees, and 2 sides. The tasting price is deducted from your final invoice once your booking is secured.

    Tasting platters are only offered for events with an expectancy of more than 50 guests, and are for pick up only.
